Tanner McKinley

Tanner is from Kansas City, Missouri. He served in the military for 6 years, including 2 years as an explosive detector dog handler in Afghanistan. Driven by the prospect of making a meaningful impact on other people's lives every other day. He interviewed with Phoenix where he immediately sensed an extraordinary opportunity and felt compelled to fly out and validate whether it was indeed as remarkable as it seemed. Within just one day, he knew this was the exact place he was intended to be. Embarking on a cross-country journey with his family to Chattanooga, TN. 

He enthusiastically contributed to the opening of an office with unlimited opportunities. He achieved significant milestones: reaching $500k in his first 13 weeks, surpassing $750k in the following 13 weeks, and became a million-dollar producer within the first 6 months. Securing the coveted position as the number three  producer in the entire company for 2023, and is currently the number one producer in 2024 with a current lifetime production of over $5 Million. Tanner had the number one FTA team in the region in 2023 with $8.8 Million issued, and is now on the path to be the top 3 FTA team in the entire company for 2024.
